Ashley Rumble brings over a decade of experience to the fitness space, with a special focus on functional fitness, a style of training that prepares you for real life, not just the gym.

After 10 years as a professional performer in musical theatre and dance, Ashley transitioned full-time into fitness, combining his athletic background in gymnastics and rugby with a passion for helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives.

For the past 8 years, Ashley has specialised in coaching functional fitness, focusing on exercises that mimic real-life movement patterns. These include bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, and rotating. This helps people build practical strength and overcome both physical and psychological barriers.

With energy, empathy, and years of expertise, Ashley’s workouts are challenging, motivating, and accessible, perfect for those who want to move better, feel better, and train with purpose.
